“ I was extremely impressed with the speed with which my 200 TCredits were delivered. I was expecting to receive them about a week after placing the order;but to my joy, I found them credited within hours! However, I have been very disappointed because I have not been able to use them to buy a product because each time I choose TCREDITS or even MRP as payment method, some message shows up in RED saying I need to imput credit card details!!! Efforts to get help from SFI colleagues on what to do have not yeilded results and so has my request sent to the support centre who have not yet responded to my query. I am sure had I bought a few things using my TCredits, I would have advanced quite further in SFI. Who will help me know what to do??? ”
