Rehydration Instructions:
Add 1 cup corn to 1 cup water and soak for 15-20 minutes until tender. Drain any excess water. Makes 1 cup corn kernels.

What is freeze drying?
THRIVE freeze-dried products are flash frozen, sublimated, and packaged to remove as much water as possible, all without sacrificing quality or nutritional value. These foods last longer and are healthier than foods that are simply dehydrated.
