Our family are butter eaters. We will not eat margarine because of the taste and additives. Butter from cows with questionable health issues and feeding bothered us and the price kept going up. The butter powder taste excellent. It worked beautifully in our bread making, vegetables with butter sauce, toast, and pancakes. It lacks the oil of regular butter but I just switched to olive or coconut oil for those uses and these are actually less expensive. We are having to learn how to cook differently using the butter powder but it is worth the trouble. We are SOLD on butter powder. As I figure it we are saving money as an added bonus.

I can't say enough great things about this product! I use it at home constantly and also serve this at every Food Tasting Party (about 6 per month!). Literally EVERYONE who tries this butter LOVES it! The taste is smooth and creamy and has such a burst of butter flavor that it makes your taste buds do a tap dance!
It's also super healthy for you! My regular butter has 7 grams of saturated fat per serving vs. just 1.5 grams with Thrive. Salt is also much lower, too. Regular salted butter has 95 mg of salt vs. 15 mg with Thrive!
I've used it on pancakes, toaste, melted in veggies, in baking...the only limitation is that you cannot fry foods with this product because of the low fat content. But that's NOT a problem as far as I'm concerned because I saved the best for last....this product has only 5 mg of cholesteral vs. 30 mg in regular butter!!! That health aspect alone makes this a huge winner in my book! (Low fat, low salt, low cholesteral---WOW!) Give this product a try...you'll LOVE it!
Preparation Tip: I generally use 1 cup of butter powder to about 1/8 cup water plus 1 tbsp. From there I just drizzle more until I get the consistency I want. I've found both the taste and creamness is best when you make it ahead and let sit in the frig for a hour or two.
One last note...If using prepared butter on cooked veggies (vs. sprinkling it on in powder form), leave a little extra water in your sauce pan. When you do, the water turns the butter into a "butter sauce" and adds an absolutely AWESOME flavor to everyting! ENJOY!!!
Directions:
Add small amounts of water to THRIVE Butter Powder until obtaining desired texture. For added flavor and texture, add a small amount of vegetable oil.
