Rehydration Instructions: Mix ½ cup THRIVE Honey Crystals with 2½ tablespoons of very hot water. Microwave for 20­–30 seconds on high. Stir well, until crystals are dissolved. Cool for 2–3 hours or until thickened. Makes ⅓ cup honey. Reviews: We used honey and brown sugar to avoid the processed sugar route and can tell (fell lousy) when we consume regular sugar. This product has filled in for the honey and brown sugar. Has a nice light taste, dissolves well. Doesn't seem to cause the sugar highs and lows that processed sugar does. It has become a regular Q item every month. I use this stuff all the time! No gooey drips like real honey. I use it in my hot tea, in oatmeal, tapioca, and bake with it just like sugar.
