I will test as much as I can as a potential customer or user and write a report which gives as many ways as I can think of to improve the users experience and conversion rates !
If your site is not hitting the right "buttons" in the minds of the visitor they will leave immediately and never return. Then all of the development time and money spent on your site was for nothing. Often it just takes a trained eye and some minor tweaks to make a site perform better.
