Mattanchery Palace
Mattanchery Palace (Dutch Palace), one of the magnificent historical sites, erected in 1557 by Portuguese (closed on Fridays).
At evening, tourists are going to get familiar with the famous dance drama of Kerala named as Kathakali. This dance form is unique and traditional. The main role that plays in this dance is eye & body gestures, bright make-up and colorful costumes. There is a show at 5 Pm which is worth-seeing, performed by renowned classical artists. After watching show, tourists can also can keep memories by clicking photographs with well-known performers. Entire concert will be supported with commentary in English.
