Our official return policy for Tinkerbell cosmetic shop products is as follows:
Your satisfaction as customer is important to us at Tinkerbell cosmetic shop. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods, you can exchange or ask for refund. Before returning, please take time to read our return policy carefully. You are recommended to contact our after-sale Customer Service before returning an item and they will give you some useful advice.

1. Refunding the money is possible in as follows:
- Damaged products during the transport or mechanical issue (obligation: picture send
to email where the damage is shown). When returning the product it should be packed in original box in which product arrived (upon its arrival on the address provided from our side we will contact you and make necessary return). In addition to the value of the sold goods, we will also refund the postage cost if you received delivered damaged goods. Please provide us with your bank details so that we can make a refund for returned goods.
- In case of "no delivery" or "package in transit lost" in the period of maximum 60 days from days items are purchased, customer should deliver (picture or scan of receipt from local post office confirming that the products is not received with the tracking number provided from our store on demand should be sent on the email address [email protected])
- We also offer partial refund when some original parts missing. If the package arrives in parts missing, pls. send an email to us and we will resend the missing part or refund it partialy.

2. Return Policy on Digital Downloads
- We offer several digital products for purchase and download, such as digital artwork, for example: digital paintings, drawings etc, and also eBooks about Art topics. Each digital product is non refundable. If you have any questions, please contact our support at [email protected]. By making a purchase with Tinkerbell Cosmetic shop, you are confirming that you have read and understood our NO refunds policy on these digital/downloadable products. 3. Other:
- Our shop is not responsible in case the address in not filled correctly or customer is not responding on his emails sent from our side to provide the good address (in this case the order is automatically refunded to customer in period of 7 days the most)
