As a TripleClicks ECA applicant, you MUST purchase a New Seller License if:
1. You are unable to satisfy standard ECA application requirements.
2. You are not currently selling products elsewhere online (i.e, no verifiable or valid, established Website selling presence).
3. You are not currently selling products from a verifiable physical retail store location.
Once you have purchased the New Seller License, you may then apply for an ECA account at http://www.tripleclicks.com/ECA/ECAApplication.php.
NOTE: The license's one-time $40 fee is non-refundable.
