The book is divided into 10 chapters and treats interesting topics ranging from the issue of poor memory to tips on preparation for exams success. It is written in a simple language, easy to read and understand.
The book began with Chapter one on Brain, Memory and Education. In this chapter, the author reveals the links between brain, memory and best result in examination. According to the author, there is no poor memory but there is a memory that is untrained and undeveloped by lack of use. According to him, everyone without exception can boost, and develop the brainpower of memory and concentration.
In Chapter two, the author reveals how to develop Long Term Memory. You will discover in the book what must be avoided to develop Long Term Memory. He talks about tips and techniques to develop Long Term Memory.
In Chapter three, he emphasizes that a student must co-operate with himself during study, follow instruction carefully and participate in practical and group discussion. Apart from these, to become better Students, he said, “Students must become good friends of books”. According to him, some students are mere acquaintance or complete strangers to books except during exams period.
In Chapter four, he talks about superficial reading, careless rapid reading, mind on short vacation (i.e. absent mindedness) and tension. He also offers solutions to all these problems. He notes that whenever some students are reading, the minds are always on short vacations. Therefore only the eyes read the book while the mind does not follow.

Chapter eight focuses on the importance of mental pictures for student’s success. He suggests practical ways to apply visual and aural observations to help students retrieve and remember easily.
Chapter nine dwells on concentration power. The author revealed how students can improve the power of concentration.
Chapter ten focuses on important tips for examination. In the chapter, the author writes on effective use of time, materials for revision, benefits of group discussion, personal review, and how to detect likely questions during revision. He then admonishes the students to acknowledge God in all their ways.
