If I purchase the same item I have on Auto-Delivery, will I still be charged for my Auto-Delivery?

Yes, if you purchase the same item you have set for Auto-Delivery, you will still be charged for your Auto-Delivery. Your Auto-Delivery is a separate transaction from all other purchases you manually make at TripleClicks. With an Auto-Delivery set up, you have chosen to have our system automatically charge you for a product each month regardless of any other transactions you have made.


THAT SAID...if you ever want to have your Auto-Delivery processed NOW (instead of waiting for your normal processing date)…OR…if you want to have your Auto-Delivery processed multiple times in the same month, you can!  Just click the green “Quick Order” button at the bottom of the Auto-Delivery Manager page. Note: For the following month, your Auto-Delivery will be processed as usual on your normal processing date.
