TCURRENCY MERCHANTS: What should I do once I receive an order for TCurrency?

Once a customer places an order for TCurrency from your TCurrency Merchant Website, we'll send you an email with the complete transaction information (TCurrency amount ordered, your customer's name and contact information, etc.). We also simultaneously send your customer an email with the complete order information, including your name and full contact information.


You should now contact your customer as soon as possible to arrange payment for and finalize the order. You may take any form of payment you are comfortable with. Once you've received payment from your customer, access your TCurrency Manager and mark the order as completed to release the TCurrency to your customer's TripleClicks member account. Lastly, we'll send you an email to confirm order processing for the TCurrency purchase is complete.
