In 1935 the visual appearance of Soviet coins was again changed. Nickel and bronze coins continued to mint in the same advantages as before. Unlike the previous coin design on the obverse there were no motto "proletarians of all countries, unite!". The picture of the reverse side of the bronze coins remained the same. Due to changes in the number of Union republics of the USSR State emblem changed the number of turns of a band, encircling ears: in 1935-1936 there were 7, 1937-1946 - 11, 1948-1956 - 16, 1957- 15.
