The sun was setting hidden behind the accumulated rainy clouds creating on them fantastic crossing of colors from reddish pink to the purple blue. Bright glares of the sun and the trees in the water produce on this blurred and slow river dynamic and vivid look. The viewer of this Painting feels as if he/she is fully there caught in this atmosphere of stopped moment in time.
